Project description

The building is cooled and heated via a concrete core activation system. For peak usage radiators and fan coils are used. Energy for cooling and heating is supplied by a Daikin chiller and heat pump. The main system is operating with a new generation of lower GWP refrigerants – R1234ze. The building is ventilated by 6 Daikin Professional Air Handling Units with a total air flow rate of 61.000m3/h An additional back-up unit can still be integrated should the need arise from new building occupants in the future. Climate control in the experience center Your Daikin World is ensured via a Daikin VRV system. Ventilation: Daikin Professional Air Handling Units (AHU) Units for the Office with rotary heat exchanger Units for the wet rooms with Plate heat exchanger In total: 6 units with 61.000 m³/h air flow rate Supply air temperature 22 °C Humidified and dehumidified Air handling units Installed in the technical rooms in the basement and on the roof. All units with “A” certification – according to ErP regulation Higher filtration for better Indoor Air Quality: • Double-stage filtration F7 + F9 on the supply side • Return air filtration is also done using F7 filters
